Why do you need a Joystick with Flight Simulator Games?
My son who is turning ten next month has started playing on the computer lately and he is really interested in flight simulation games. He has started talking that he may even like to be a pilot when he grows up. I am all for him getting into flight simulation rather than the violent alternatives and it may even help him later on with choosing a career. I have done a lot of research and have decided upon the flight pro simulator game for his birthday. It includes over a hundred different types of aircraft,20000 airports, world wide scenery, changeable weather and so much more.
I will also need to be getting him a good quality flight simulator joystick so he can get the full sensation of actually flying. Simulation games can also be controlled with the keyboard but that may be a bit much to start off with for a ten year old. I have decided on a joystick that turns on a full 360 degree axis and has an analog throttle that allows control of fuel input.
Flight simulator joysticks range in price between twenty dollars and as high as four hundred dollars. I wont be getting him the four hundred dollar joystick but I have a couple of good quality joysticks with loads of option for around eighty to ninety dollars. Of course if you want to go all out you can purchase some real nice joysticks with pedals and programmable options for a higher price but I dont think this is required for my young beginner. 100円パソコン
